Refund Policy

Purchases for shy.bio paid access, upgrades, digital features, badges, customization, or related services are generally final once delivered or activated. A refund is not available only because you changed your mind, no longer want the product, purchased the wrong plan, forgot you bought it, stopped using the service, or decided the product is not useful to you.

Refunds may be considered only when there is a real issue with the product or service, such as a paid feature not being delivered, a paid feature being unusable because of a platform bug we cannot fix in a reasonable time, duplicate billing for the same purchase, or another problem that prevents you from receiving what you paid for.

You cannot refund a purchase just because you want to, regret buying it, changed your preference, or found another product. Before purchasing, review the product description, price, features, and any limits shown at checkout.

To request review, contact support with your username, purchase details, date of purchase, payment receipt, and a clear explanation of what is wrong with the product. We may ask for screenshots or other details so we can verify the issue.

Fraudulent disputes, abusive chargebacks, or attempts to keep paid benefits after reversing payment may result in removal of paid features, account restrictions, or account termination.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your location. If a law requires a refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy, that law controls.
